Buyer Home Inspections
To help you protect your investment, we will provide a comprehensive, visual inspection of the home and
its’ major systems. Special attention is given to identifying deficiencies in systems and components that
require immediate repair or that need further evaluation. The report clearly and objectively points out the
existing conditions of the property. Our inspector will educate you and make suggestions regarding safety
upgrades in your new home.
Seller Pre-Listing Home Inspections
With so many homes on the market, a pre-listing inspection can provide your home with a marketing edge.
The home can be inspected, repairs performed, and a buyer can proceed with confidence knowing that all
the systems are functional.
New Home Warranty Inspections
Homebuilders are often reluctant to correct deficiencies after a 1-year period. An inspection at the 11th
month of ownership may find deficiencies that would otherwise go undetected. This type of inspection will
provide you with a report that you can give to your builder identifying deficiencies that they need to correct.
Don't be left holding the bag on potentially expensive repairs when an inspection can expose hidden
problems to your builder to fix before your warranty expires!
Commercial Building Inspections
Like a home inspection, the inspections of commercial buildings are primarily ordered by the buyer to
investigate potentially unknown conditions affecting the property. However, unlike a home inspection, there
is greater diversity in the scope of work involved with inspecting a commercial building. Commercial
building inspections are often specifically tailored to the type of building being inspected. The property
inspector typically works as the lead inspector and project coordinator, enlisting the help of specialists
when it is appropriate.
Home Building Phase Inspections
We offer progressive inspections on new construction, inspecting the home as it progresses from one
stage to another. We start with a Foundation Inspection. Before the dry wall goes up we perform a Framing
Inspection to be sure that all load bearing and framing components were properly installed. We will also
examine the plumbing, electrical and HVAC rough-ins to insure they meet current building standards.
When the house is complete, we conduct a Final Inspection where we evaluate the entire home for
building code compliance, as well as for function and safety of the installed systems and components.
